To be fair, it wasn't unfinished intentionally. It was just due to time for April Fools. If Wii Funkin came out later than it did, it would have likely been finished formally

To some degree It was made by the Vs Matt/Wii Funkin team, who have good relations with the original creator of Vs Shaggy, obviously with the whole og collab event of Shaggy x Matt. So I see it as official enough
