The news report poses this as somehow an issue for the customer rather than the business. Were these customers towed or did they park and leave, same as normal customers? NRG is the one that needs to be more vigilant, not the spectators parking there.

I had a an hour and a half argument with my father about parking in downtown Houston, and how everywhere charges and that it’s a fucking scam. This is pretty validating to see.
