So there's no sensible person there to tell them there is a better position to mount the billboard... they are rather making the other billboard popular.

This is not making sense at all, if the NDC react now pɛ, they will be tagged as bad people I will advise the NDC to let go of this, billboards won’t vote 🗳️….. it’s the humans that will cast the vote 🗳️
Ghana is a jungle. Who gave the two political parties the permit to erect such billboards & deface public infrastructure with their posters?And if they were not given permit for that, why is the Assembly not doing something about it? We can all see it but we pretend we are blind?
