I have never had issues, yet with Carnival, but with no A/C for 5 days then she should be compensated.

Oh I heard about this in the Carnival facebook groups... the A/C on Sunrise was malfunctioning in several staterooms, and by several I understand floors... They simply couldn't relocate everyone to other rooms. A nightmare & I get why she's angry but the ship was at capacity.

I know what someone looks like when they lie about where they’re at for 5 days when I see em.

She's upset perhaps understandably so, however if I were there and was hot and she was yelling berating the staff like they are Carnival Cruise Line, when the staff did the most they could do on their end, it might have been "Fade In The Water II". She did too much.

I just did Royal Caribbean last year, and Carnival this year. Royal Caribbean you have a thermostat in your room. Carnival, nothing. Whatever temperature they had it set at is what you got. The nights were absolutely sweltering in the middle of the Caribbean. Never again.

I feel like yelling won’t solve anything bc she making it more hot but I understand the frustration of trying to fix a problem that can’t be fixed and being told something that wasn’t communicated amongst the staff..

I love cruising! Other people are the worst part of the experience though.... 😅

Only took one Carnival cruise and that was years ago. If I’m going it’s gonna be Royal Caribbean. Trying to get my weight up to go on a Celebrity or Norwegian with the seniors cause I’m over the bs.

I don't plan on taking ANY cruises - beside the horrendous environmental footprint, they're floating disease exchanges.

No a/c in your room on a cruise has to be the worst. I've only ever been on Royal Caribbean & with each video I've seen of Carnival, I think I'll stick to RC lol

Carnival ended up issuing a 50% Discount per day there was no AC in your room. To be clear this was per day, not per ticket. But I doubt they would have done this much if people didn't make a fuss and blast it on social media.

That baby said her life is in danger.

Imagine everyone on board paying for a 5 night cruise and of all that money collected, none it went towards AC repairs 🥴😩

Carnival is the Greyhound Bus of the ocean. Do yourself a favor save up your money and choose another line.

One of my favorite cousins was excited to be on the family reunion planning committee. My aunt recommended Carnival to make it more affordable to more people. My cousins in and the West Coast group dropped out.
