Ren Susu, to me, is like a candle in a dark room. She was never afraid of giving people warmth, even if every act of kindness meant another piece of herself melted away. She spent so much of her life becoming light for others that she never noticed she was slowly disappearing. By the time everyone thank her for her glow, there was barely anything left of her. Love, happiness, and peace all feel temporary to her, as though they were never meant to belong in her life for long. So instead of waiting for fate to take them away, she lets go first. It isn’t because she doesn’t love deeply. It’s because she believes the people she loves would be safer without her. She is brave. She has never hesitated to do what she believes is right, even when it demands impossible sacrifices. Like Qingyi, she has an incredibly strong sense of justice, and she spends much of her life living for other people too. The difference is that Qingyi learned to give because he believed love had to be earned, while Susu learned to sacrifice because she believed her own happiness always came at someone else’s expense. She doesn’t put herself last because she is naturally selfless. She does it because she no longer believes she should come first. When she learns that Qingyi’s tendons were severed by the Huo family. After 10 years on the street and getting stabbed twice in the stomach there are many things that helped Chance get back on feet. The vets, the medicines, the shelter and the good food. But absolutely nothing has changed her life quite like Hank has. Since the first day she met him she has copied his every move. She has edged closer and closer to him. She glances over her shoulder for his presence. She tucks in behind him. She watched everything and looks for his gentle approval. For his part Hank doesn’t force anything with her. He is quite simple just “there” for her and have her so much space at the start. I watched her at the beach today doing zoomies and she ran them all around Hank as if to say “look at me now, you did this for me”. What an amazing change to her life in just 4 short months. Hats off to big Nurse Hank ❤️

MNAKUMBUKA HUYU? This is Mercy Karimi, a young woman I rescued from the streets of Nairobi CBD about two months ago after several people reached out to me asking for help. Mercy had been living on the streets for more than four years but now she is in a safe place ,thats Rapid Rehabilitation Centre for Addiction. If you look at Mercy today and compare her with how she was when I first found her, you will notice a remarkable difference. She was in a very difficult condition, living on the streets and battling illness. She had also been attacked, and sanitizer had been poured into one of her eyes, leaving it in a very bad condition. I stepped in, rescued her, took her to hospital for medical attention, and later took her to a rehabilitation centre, where she has been admitted and continues with her rehabilitation programme. Mercy is still on her recovery journey, but I am happy to say that she is doing much better. Her progress may take time, but every small improvement is a reason to be grateful. I will continue supporting Mercy throughout her rehabilitation, and once she completes the programme, I will also help her reunite with her family and support her as she begins the next chapter of her life. I will keep updating you on her journey because this is not just about rescuing someone from the streets; it is about helping them rebuild their life and giving them hope for a better future. Sometimes, all someone needs is one person to believe in them and give them a second chance. Let us never give up on people simply because they have fallen on hard times. Erika Kirk Now, I don't know if she had Charlie unalived or participated in the assassination somehow and I don't plan on speculating on that. HOWEVER, Erika's public speaking doesn't help her case AT ALL. I don't know if it's her personality or not but every speech sounds unnatural. Not unnatural in the sense that she wrote it but in the sense that someone else wrote it and it doesn't resonate with her. Nothing she says seems to come from the heart. It all seems contrived and too calculated. And whoever is her ghost writer should be fired. Every time she opens her mouth she becomes more and more unlikeable. Scripts keep things under control with predictable outcomes, so I get it. But for once, she should scrap the script and tell the people how she really feels. She come off the cuff (if she has those skills) and speak from the heart, even if it comes off vulgar. As it stands now, it appears as if she has no heart. My guess is her team doesn't want her to do that because they are afraid she may blunder and create bad PR. But she's already deep in the well on that, so, she has nothing to lose. The thing about humans is, even if they don't agree with you, authenticity tends to get respect. So, an off-the-cuff speech might not sit well with many, but at least they'll respect her gangsta. The strategy they've chosen for Erilka is all wrong. The people around her can't guide her through this. I don't think they have the experience or brain power.
