Wu maintains close ties with Chinese-American politicians in the Los Angeles area. 🔆 According to informed sources, Wu Xian’s father made his first fortune in the 1980s by operating long-haul freight transportation businesses in China. He came to the United States in the 2000s and remained under political asylum. He later founded the Los Angeles LA City Cleaning Company, which claims to provide management and maintenance services for residential and commercial buildings throughout Southern California, serving more than 40,000 units. 🔆 In recent years, Wu Xian’s father has gradually handed over management of the company to Wu Xian. 🔆 Wu Xian himself is believed to have come to the United States around 2007, at about 20 years of age. His English is fluent, and he is believed to have received education in the U.S. In addition to obtaining a real estate broker’s license and founding Masters Realty, he also earned an insurance license, demonstrating strong professional capabilities across multiple fields. 🔆 Sources say Wu Xian is socially well connected and generally treats his clients and employees well. He organizes group dinners almost every month, attended not only by employees but also by various members of society, business owners, and government officials, giving him an extensive personal network. 🚔 Additionally, he is described as very shrewd. He purchased a large number of decommissioned police vehiclesand modified them into patrol cars for his security company.
