Ignorance is rewarded in the DBD sphere, its a pretty straight forward cause and effect in my opinion, most games heavily punish dc's and griefing of teammates. DBD often times unpunishes those who do it or it gets a slap on the wrist every time instead of ramping punishment.

@ViolettChild My least favorite killer ever to play against was Ghoul during those first few months, but it never brought me to the point of DC'ing. Either these people genuinely hate skull merchant or they're just committing to the bit 😑
