While I admire your optimism, it doesn’t eliminate the threat it poses to artists because if trained on enough data that is relevant to a particular art style than it can replicate other artists work meaning even if you create original art that art can also be mass produced.

if you are not scared, you do not fully grasp the situation. the people who are hiring artists do not care about your individuality. this is very real and scary for anybody who dreams of a future in this industry..

Professional that is. Most artists aren't professionals with a big name and reputation behind them and need time and resources to improve and get noticed. Art as a career is already hard to get into, but now with ai it's going to be practically inaccessible for the new artists

Why cant you just be "Not worried" without being judgemental asf? You could've said so many actual meaningful things and made some points, but all you did was proceeds to group everyone using ai into the same group of grifters and belittle, make fun of, and talk trash? Wtf?
