I got a Master’s in Social Work. No loans. I negotiated advanced placement, worked two part-time jobs, & defrayed tuition by being a research assistant. My degree also required 20 hours/week “practicum” It can be done. Made 6 figures for most of my career after licensure.

When you say social work you are referring to social activists correct? Because my son has a masters in social work, as in mental counseling and such. He currently makes great money. Define what you mean by social work.
