So after 19 as a loss prevention executive I can tell you what's happening here is a refund scam. What they do is purchase a high ticket item, leave the store with it, then come back or go to another location with the receipt, then pick another of the same item off the floor then return it. That's why they were asking which door she came in and why she wouldn't answer. They wanted to check the video to see if she came in with the item.
