It did stop feeling as cool and grand after a while. Bankai was really gassed up like it was this ultra elite thing that was rarely allowed to be used, but power creep ultimately made using them almost required. But it didn't really take away from Bleach, for me anyway.

One thing that made little sense to me was that Bankai was always a second healthbar. Like it always gets used AFTER a mother fucker has gotten rinsed and is exhausted. You'd think they'd be stronger using it before they got injured, but nope. Second health AND stamina bar.
