An Ohio city has deployed a new super weapon in the ongoing struggle against potholes. Officials described this technology as a "longer-term solution" than a traditional patch, adding that it can be applied in temperatures as low as 5 degrees and is capable of filling around 150 potholes in a day and a half. As opposed to a traditional road crew, these Isuzu-style work trucks, purchased at $300,000 apiece, are a "one-man operation" that will be put into service each weekday, officials say.

That’s TPS - ticks per second. • Low TPS = quiet accumulation or decay. • Spikes in TPS = sudden aggression, algo dumps, or a liquidity hunt. Why it matters: scalps live & die on velocity. A TPS spike + price movement = can signal real aggression. Rule: when TPS spikes across multiple exchanges, treat the move as higher-probability and monitor trades amount. If only one exchange shows velocity = be cautious (venue specific).

We’ve been approaching transition from both ends - accelerating from hover, tilting the propellers from 90 to 50 degrees, and decelerating from wingborne flight, tilting the propellers from 0 to 40 degrees, as we incrementally expand the envelope. Today’s test saw our test pilot Paul Stone accelerate in hover from 0–43 knots, with the front propellers tilting to 50 degrees - huge amount of data captured and another step forward in building real, certifiable performance.

There are a few things a few things you don’t mess around with if they happen in flight, unusual vibrations such as this, fire in flight, and anything related to the main rotor transmission such as high temperatures/low pressure.
