🚨 Ebro & Rob Markman debate whether Drake fans will clown Jay-Z’s first-week numbers when Hov drops his next album. After the Drake/Jay back-and-forth is brought up, Ebro says people WILL clown whatever Jay’s number is, while Rob argues Hov is at a stage where “who cares?” Rob points to Reasonable Doubt an album whose impact and legacy far outweigh its initial commercial performance while questioning why hip-hop fans let numbers dictate how they view the music. 🤔📱 The Irony Of Jay-Z’s 30-Year “Reasonable Doubt” Celebration Being Sponsored By Apple Music One of the most surprising developments in hip-hop business history might be seeing Apple Music support Jay-Z’s 30th anniversary celebration for Reasonable Doubt after years of Jay publicly positioning himself against Apple and other major streaming platforms. Let’s not forget the history: 📅 2013: Jay-Z Partners With Samsung When Jay-Z released Magna Carta Holy Grail, he partnered with Samsung in an effort to create an alternative path outside of Apple’s ecosystem. The deal was viewed as a direct challenge to Apple’s dominance and a way to push culture toward Samsung rather than the iPhone. 📅 2015: The TIDAL Era After acquiring TIDAL, Jay-Z became one of the loudest voices advocating for artist ownership and independence from major tech corporations. During his famous TIDAL concerts and speeches, Jay questioned why consumers were willing to support billion-dollar corporations like Apple and Spotify but were hesitant to support a Black-owned streaming platform. 🗣️ His message was clear: “Artists over algorithms.” He argued that ownership mattered more than convenience and that creators deserved a larger share of the revenue generated from their work. 📅 2017: Jay-Z Takes Shots At Apple Music On 4:44, Jay-Z appeared to address the streaming wars directly on “Smile.” 🗣️ “F*** a slice of the apple pie, want my own cake.” 🗣️ “Respect Jimmy Iovine, but he gotta respect the Elohim as a whole new regime.” The message was obvious: Jay didn’t want a piece of Apple’s business. He wanted ownership and control of his own platform. 📅 2018: Jay-Z & Beyoncé’s “BOSS” On Everything Is Love, Jay-Z seemingly doubled down on those frustrations. 🗣️ “Ns getting jerked, that s hurts, I take it personally. N***s rather work for the man than to work with me.” Many interpreted the line as frustration toward artists choosing deals with Apple Music and other corporate giants instead of supporting TIDAL and Black-owned ventures. 📅 2026: Apple Music Sponsors Jay-Z’s Brooklyn Celebration Fast forward to today, and Apple Music is helping support Jay-Z’s Reasonable Doubt 30-year anniversary pop-up event in Brooklyn. 👀 The same company that was once viewed as TIDAL’s biggest competitor is now partnering with Jay-Z to celebrate one of the most important albums in hip-hop history. The bigger question is: Was Jay-Z wrong back then, or is this simply business evolving? Because for over a decade, Jay-Z preached ownership, independence, and building alternatives to tech giants. Now one of those very tech giants is helping celebrate his legacy. 💭 Maybe this is proof that business isn’t personal. 💭 Maybe it’s proof that ownership battles eventually become partnership opportunities. 💭 Or maybe it’s just another reminder that in the music industry, today’s competitor can become tomorrow’s business partner. Either way, if you followed the Samsung, TIDAL, Apple Music, and streaming wars over the last decade, seeing Apple Music attached to a Jay-Z celebration is something very few people would’ve predicted back in 2015.

#BreakingNews: Fans are accusing Jay-Z of getting his rise to fame by cooperating with the hip hop police, the feds, and snitching on his friends. Jay-z Took a trip to London with Jaz-O back in 88, coincidentally Jay's trap house was raidied and all his friends went to jail but him. Jay's childhood best friend says he was investigated from 89-96 (from the time he went to London to the time Reasonable doubt dropped). Dehaven says he was selling drugs with Jay-z heavily at this time, the feds even claimed to have wire taps. Yet he says it was odd that Jay-z who was on these same phones having incriminating conversations with him was never investigated. Dee Haven believes i#BreakingNewst's becuae Jay's best friend was involved with a federal informant/agent who eventually married into the Roc Family. Listen to the story be told from Jay himself, Jaz-O and D-Haven in this clip. Does it sound like Jay-z set his friends up to take the fall for his drug business so he could be a star ? We know the people who hired Epstein are into blackmail and control. Could Jay-Z have been blackmailed into being the "handler" for black culture? While all his criminal activity got swept under the rug ? Well take a listen and You be the judge !

Tamika Mallory has finally decided to address the controversy surrounding Jay-Z’s continued relationship with Target during the boycott. I’ve already shared my own thoughts on the situation, but I wanted to highlight her explanation because, in my opinion, it perfectly illustrates why I believe many activists and public figures apply different standards depending on who they’re talking about. Take a listen. Key Takeaways from Tamika Mallory: • She said she didn’t initially see the criticism because she has been busy organizing activism efforts, events, and work in Washington, D.C. According to her, her son eventually brought the online criticism to her attention after people began saying she wouldn’t speak on the issue because it involved Jay-Z. • She stated that no one can silence or muzzle her and that she has never had relationships requiring her to stay quiet in exchange for support. She said people at Roc Nation, including executives like Desiree Perez, know she speaks her mind and has never been afraid to disagree with them. • She explained that Jay-Z’s relationship with Target was already established long before the boycott began. According to her, the boycott was aimed at discouraging new partnerships with Target, not requiring existing partners to end longstanding business relationships. • She contrasted that with pastors and others who entered into new partnerships with Target after the boycott began, saying those were the types of deals she believed undermined the movement. My Thoughts: In my opinion, this explanation raises more questions than it answers. If the boycott made exceptions for longstanding business relationships, where were those guidelines communicated publicly? This is the first time I’ve heard that distinction being made. More importantly, why does that same grace not extend to everyday people? What about elderly individuals whose closest store is Target? Parents with young children who rely on the nearest Target for medicine, diapers, groceries, or other necessities? Many people were criticized simply for shopping there out of convenience or necessity. Why is Jay Z’s longstanding corporate relationship viewed as an acceptable exception, while ordinary people trying to care for their families were often judged more harshly? Toward the end of the discussion, Tamika said she wished wealthy people had voluntarily chosen not to continue doing business with Target during the boycott. But after spending much of the conversation explaining why his existing relationship made the situation different, that statement felt contradictory to me. What I find most interesting is that Tamika says she was so busy organizing and doing activism work that she didn’t initially see the criticism. Yet, when it comes to other people exercising their own freedom of speech, freedom of expression, or making decisions she disagrees with, she always seems to find the time to weigh in, criticize, and even chastise them. Now that the criticism is directed at someone she has a relationship with, we’re hearing explanation after explanation and exception after exception. In my opinion, that’s the hypocrisy. My issue isn’t whether people choose to boycott Target or not. Everyone’s circumstances are different, and people should make the decisions that are best for themselves and their families. My issue is the apparent double standard. Fair Use Notice: This video contains excerpts used for purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, and discussion. Shawn Holley fucked Tory Lanez over. 😡 Tory paid $200K–$300K for his defence. Just days before the trial, Holley walked away from the case while his freedom was on the line. By then, Tory had already been disagreeing with her over how his defence should be handled, including his wish to pursue Kelsey Harris. And then there are the connections… Holley had previously represented Roc Nation CEO Desireé Perez. She was also a producer on Reasonable Doubt, a legal drama loosely based on her life whose title shares the name of Jay-Z’s debut album, with episodes named after Jay-Z songs. Megan Thee Stallion and Beyoncé’s “Savage (Remix)” was featured in Season 2 of the show. Holley’s daughter, Nayanna, is also a singer who has worked as a backup singer for Beyoncé. Then there’s the DNA evidence. At trial, LAPD criminalist Randy Zepeda testified that Tory’s DNA was not found on the magazine, while the firearm DNA was inconclusive, with unknown contributors present. Tory’s ethics complaint alleges although Holley knew about those unknown contributors she told his DNA expert not to conduct extensive testing on the gun, despite Tory maintaining he never touched it. Since the trial, it has been revealed that he was 100% excluded from the firearm.. Tory paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for a lawyer to fight for his freedom. Instead, his defence was compromised by undisclosed conflicts, key evidence wasn’t properly pursued, and Holley walked away while the before the trial started. Ultimately, an innocent Black man was railroaded, set up and failed. This is what happens when power, connections and a broken system matter more than truth and justice. FREE TORY. 😤

50 Cent put Charlamagne on notice in real time when the Drake Super Bowl talk came up‼️💯. On "The Breakfast Club", 50 dropped that Drake had turned down the Super Bowl multiple times (he and others have referenced two or three occasions)‼️. Charlamagne’s face and immediate reaction told the story‼️he was caught off guard and started trying to reframe it on the spot‼️. 50 didn’t let the pivot slide‼️. He pointed out the obvious: if Jay-Z (via Roc Nation’s partnership with the NFL) was actually offering Drake the stage and Drake was the one saying no, that undercuts the pure “Jay is just hating Drake” narrative that a lot of people lean on‼️. You can’t run the “he’s blocking him out of spite” story and also claim the offers were real without the logic falling apart‼️. 50 checked that framing right there‼️. Then the conversation shifted to 50’s own situation, and he confirmed what he’d said before: Jay didn’t want him on the 2022 Super Bowl LVI halftime show either‼️. Roc Nation allegedly tried to keep him off the bill‼️. Eminem refused to do it without 50, so they had to bring him in as the “surprise.” 50 has been consistent on this‼️he’s said if it was up to them, he wouldn’t have been there‼️. He frames it as culture being competitive, but notes that when it crosses into blocking business opportunities (especially when the other side isn’t even competing for current chart slots or relevance in the same way), it stops making sense‼️. This isn’t isolated‼️. Jay has a track record of using industry position and leverage for personal or competitive reasons rather than pure merit‼️: - The long-running tension with 50 goes back years and has included business and platform issues beyond just music‼️. - Damon Dash has repeatedly accused Jay of interfering in deals and opportunities that would have paid him, describing a pattern of stepping on things when money was on the table‼️. - Historical examples include the way power dynamics played out around Roc-A-Fella splits, artist placements, and access during peak Roc years. Jay has never been shy about leveraging his position‼️whether through labels, streaming (Tidal), sports, or the NFL partnership‼️. The idea that Jay-Z “didn’t play a part” in the Drake–Kendrick situation is pure nonsense‼️. Roc Nation has shaped Super Bowl halftime selections for years‼️. Kendrick getting the 2025 New Orleans slot right in the middle/aftermath of the biggest beef in years wasn’t some neutral coincidence, especially with the cultural and streaming impact of “Not Like Us.”‼️ Jay later claimed it was simply because Kendrick was having a monster year and insisted it wasn’t about the battle‼️. That defense is convenient‼️. When the person controlling one of the biggest stages in music hands it to one side of an active, highly publicized war while the other side has previously turned the same stage down, pretending there’s zero connection or influence requires willful blindness‼️. The power is real, the history of selective use of that power exists, and the Super Bowl decisions sit right in the middle of both‼️. 50’s point lands because he’s lived both sides of it: the competitive culture "and" the business blocking‼️. When Charlamagne tried to keep the narrative tidy in the moment, 50 simply wouldn’t let the contradiction stand‼️. Watch the pattern‼️💯

[Seoul Economy TV] Sold out again and again… When BTS V moves, everything becomes legendary! 👩🏻BTS V’s individual LP version is showing a strong presence in the global market. Ahead of the release, the member-specific vinyl versions were revealed, and V’s Velvet Red version quickly sold out across Korea, the United States, and Japan, sparking a surge in pre-orders. BTS is set to release their 5th full album Arirang on the 20th. This album is being produced in member-specific LP (vinyl) formats, and since the pre-order announcement in January, sales have accelerated rapidly. Among them, the fastest response came for V’s Velvet Red version. In the U.S., major retailer Target sold out V’s version first among all members. Even after restocking, it sold out again quickly. Both the first and second batches were the first to sell out, clearly demonstrating the high demand. A similar situation occurred on the Weverse US Shop, where the item repeatedly sold out immediately after restocks and remains out of stock. In Japan, V’s presence was equally strong. On Amazon Japan, his LP was the only one among the members to enter both the Bestseller and Hot New Release categories simultaneously. Analysts also note that his version led pre-order sales overall. On Rakuten Japan, despite being listed at the highest price, it completely sold out. On Qoo10, it recorded the highest sales volume. In Korea, although the individual LPs were not officially distributed, imported versions sold through Naver Smart Store ranked No.1 in daily sales. In particular, the Velvet Red version ranked No.1 on the weekly chart after just one day of pre-orders, proving its massive buzz. This trend goes beyond simple album sales, it is also being interpreted as an indicator of V’s personal brand power. Unlike digital music, LPs (vinyl records) carry strong collectible and symbolic value. As such, they reflect both fan loyalty and collector demand. Even within this niche market, V has managed to generate an overwhelming response.

🚨 Dj Akademiks reacts to Dame Dash’s explosive interview with Jason Lee, where Dame revisited his complicated history with Jay-Z, relationships, betrayal, media politics, and industry power plays. Ak admitted he’s usually “over” Dame constantly speaking on Jay-Z, but said this interview felt different because Dame allegedly revealed new details and perspectives people haven’t heard before. 👀 One of the biggest moments centered around longtime rumors involving Dame Dash’s ex-wife Rachel Roy, who was once heavily rumored to be “Becky with the Good Hair” from Beyoncé’s famous Lemonade lyrics. Ak broke down the history, pointing out how rumors have followed Dame and Jay for years about allegedly competing over women dating all the way back to Aaliyah. 🗣️ During the interview, Dame denied believing Jay-Z had relations with Rachel Roy, but also admitted that if it did happen, it would be “disrespectful.” Dame said: 🗣️“If it did, it would be like, damn, they want everything I got or had.” Ak reacted by saying Dame was basically implying that Jay always wanted what he had. 😳 Akademiks also revisited the infamous elevator incident involving Solange and Jay-Z, referencing long running internet theories that the altercation may have involved rumors surrounding Rachel Roy. 🎤 The interview later shifted toward media personalities and corporate influence, where Dame Dash directly called out Charlamagne Tha God. Dame accused Charlamagne of allegedly being a “mouthpiece” for corporate interests and suggested he says what larger companies want him to say. 🗣️ Dame also questioned why Charlamagne still maintains a major media platform despite past allegations and controversies tied to his name, arguing that selective outrage exists in the industry. He further claimed media companies use personalities as the “face” to collect Black culture and audience data while larger corporations control the business behind the scenes. 👀 Ak seemed fascinated by Dame’s perspective on media manipulation, algorithms, and corporate influence, saying Dame speaks like a “historical encyclopedia of the culture” when it comes to understanding how power moves behind the scenes. 😬 The interview also turned personal when Dame spoke on Cam’ron, calling him one of his “biggest disappointments” and accusing him of betrayal despite helping put Dipset in position early in their careers. Ak reacted throughout the stream saying the interview felt more raw and unfiltered than Dame’s usual appearances and hinted there were still more controversial moments involving Aaliyah, Jay-Z, and industry politics left to unpack 👀

This podcast was the reason Charlamagne called Ray Daniels "a donkey"‼️ If you don't know⁉️ Let's get to it‼️ Ray Daniels, on his platform directly called out Jay-Z for repeatedly targeting younger rappers while emphasizing that any new album would require industry “cheats” like partnerships and bundles to move units‼️💯. In the discussion (tied to reactions to Jay-Z’s freestyle shots, including at events like the Roots Picnic), Daniels argued that Jay has built much of his career by picking on artists younger than him‼️. He framed Jay as benefiting from being a late bloomer who outlasted earlier peers, while warning against dismissing those who “blossomed early.”‼️ He specifically pointed to Drake, stating that at comparable ages Drake had already surpassed where Jay was at the same point, and that flexing longevity, wealth, or paperwork on a younger artist (Drake being roughly 17 years younger) lands differently when the older figure is expected to be further ahead‼️. Daniels criticized the optics of a 56-year-old billionaire throwing shots in that context‼️. He went further on the business side of a potential new Jay-Z album‼️. Daniels stressed that Jay would not risk a pure organic first-week number that could look modest next to bigger contemporary showings‼️. Instead, he predicted Jay would need a partnership (brand, exclusivity, or similar deal) and would lean on bundles to inflate sales—“he has to cheat.”‼️ The point was that focusing on “bills” rather than pure bars would demand engineered numbers so the project wouldn’t underperform relative to artists like Drake‼️. These comments mixed cultural critique with specific industry mechanics‼️. Later, in early August 2026, Daniels returned to the topic on his podcast and stated more definitively that the album was “completely done,”‼️ with the same catch‼️: it would only drop if a suitable partnership materialized‼️; otherwise it stayed on the shelf‼️. He said a source close to the situation had confirmed it‼️💯. Roc Nation pushed back hard, posting that the “album done” claim was “fake news.”‼️ Charlamagne Tha God then named Ray Daniels “Donkey of the Day”‼️ on The Breakfast Club specifically over the album-is-done report and the associated details‼️. Daniels and others framed Charlamagne’s response as that of a Roc Nation-aligned figure or mouthpiece‼️. Daniels has publicly recounted an earlier private call in which Charlamagne denied working with Jay-Z (claiming they were just friends), only for the working relationship to surface shortly afterward‼️. In that light, the Donkey of the Day segment was widely viewed not as neutral policing of a rumor but as defense of the brand after Daniels moved past general industry talk and laid out a concrete picture of how the album would be rolled out—via partnership and sales engineering‼️to protect the numbers and reputation‼️. That specificity is what escalated it‼️. Speaking abstractly about labels, bundles, or veteran artists protecting their legacy is common‼️; detailing an exact path (album finished + hold for the right partner + bundles to avoid an underwhelming pure sales figure) while also calling out the pattern of targeting younger rappers crossed into territory that clearly stung.‼️ The reaction from Roc Nation’s denial and Charlamagne’s on-air labeling of Daniels as the Donkey underscored how those revelations landed as more than loose speculation‼️they were treated as an unwelcome exposure of the planned approach‼️. Daniels has since pushed back on the Donkey designation, arguing it was disproportionate for reporting what he said was confirmed information (without even claiming a firm release date)‼️ and pointing to Charlamagne’s selective use of the segment‼️. The episode highlights the friction when an industry insider with a platform maps both the personal and commercial strategies around a figure as protected as Jay-Z‼️💯.

For “God's sake” - wow. Our PM is more interested in what our immigrant population has to say than what a Kiwi has to say, and a Maori at that! I have said it a hundred times, this is not about racism, it is not about immigration - it is about “mass” immigration / ethnic immigration that is changing the culture of New Zealand! It’s about infiltration verse assimilation! Many other immigrants - Polynesian / British / South Africa etc have come here and are a huge blessing as they become a part of the kiwi fabric! At City Impact Church, we have well over 70 nationalities including many wonderful Indian and Asian folk, people in fact from all over who have assimilated into the kiwi way of life, and I am grateful for them and genuinely love them all! (and they know that) But we do need to talk about the culture difference that “New Zealand's” past Christian religion / heritage has been compared to the coming invading Hindu / Muslim religion will bring! They talk about diversity / inclusion - but if you go to a Hindu and Muslim nation and see how much diversity there is there - zero (re acceptance of Christians in their Parliaments etc!) Don’t be fooled NZ, our culture, our kiwi way of life is under threat and like frog in hot water, it will happen slowly and before you know it they will be influencing laws / rules and way of life. One would be blind not to see that when Muslim, Hindu, Sikh candidates get involved and gain positions of power in local and national politics, they will undermine our values and culture, bringing in theirs! If you think that is a good idea, try living in their countries that they have left / fled and see how you like it! We will even probably have more national holidays to celebrate their religious festivals (now all the slackers may like that without realizing the spiritual ramifications) yet it will run more employers into the ground! Kiwis, are you not interested in your children’s and their children’s future! Even here in this clip, Luxon says immigrants work darn hard (which is true - anyone been to Fiji can see the same problem) the PM continues they take up two or three jobs, no wonder our young people can’t find work! For our PM to put them ahead of a kiwi concern is just unbelievable - he should be interested in what we have to say - we pay his wages, we voted him in! Whether you agree with Brian’s concern or not, the point is the government should listen to all New Zealanders concern rather than dismissing them with “For Gods sake, I don’t care what he is saying” That behaviour is, by the looks of it, why he will be voted out - he cannot and should not dismiss New Zealanders concerns so easily! I may not agree (like you) with everything Brian says, but I agree that one should be a NZ citizen to have the privilege to vote, and only people born in NZ should be in Parliament, at least then all our politicians have grown up here in NZ.

🚨 DJ Akademiks Says Wayno Doesn’t Understand The Personal Experiences He & Others Claim They’ve Had With Roc Nation Questions Whether Charlamagne Tha God Could Have Faced Disclosure Obligations If He Had An Equity Stake In Jay-Z’s Casino Bid 👀 DJ Akademiks responded to Wayno’s comments by arguing that people defending Roc Nation are speaking on situations they haven’t personally experienced. According to Akademiks, his criticism isn’t based on rumors, but on what he describes as his own legal and personal experiences. 🗣️ DJ Akademiks: • “We’re talking about personal experiences with them. We’re not just saying stuff.” • “They dragged me into court for eight hours. They’re outside people’s houses. They’re using proxies to file lawsuits.” Akademiks said that’s why he believes people like Wayno shouldn’t try to explain situations they weren’t involved in. ➡️ He argued that Wayno is attempting to tell him what his own experiences have been despite not being directly involved. ➡️ Akademiks compared it to someone commenting on a personal dispute they know nothing about. 🗣️ “How are you telling me what my experience is when you weren’t there?” Akademiks also questioned why Charlamagne Tha God continues responding to criticism aimed at Jay-Z. ➡️ He claimed Charlamagne frequently inserts himself into conversations that, in Akademiks’ opinion, should be addressed by Jay-Z or Roc Nation directly. 🗣️ “Charlamagne is always jumping in front of the bullet.” The discussion then shifted after Akademiks reacted to comments from Wayno, who appeared to state that Charlamagne allegedly held equity in Jay-Z’s proposed Times Square casino bid. 👀 Akademiks said that, if true, it raised questions in his mind about disclosure requirements not that any violation had occurred. 🗣️ DJ Akademiks: • “I don’t want to accuse anybody of committing a crime.” • “I’m handling this on a nuanced level.” Akademiks then explained the difference between Payola and Plugola, saying many people confuse the two. ➡️ He described Payola as accepting payment to play or promote music without proper disclosure. ➡️ He described Plugola as using broadcast airtime to promote a business or product in which the broadcaster has a financial interest without appropriately disclosing that relationship. Akademiks stressed that whether any rule was violated would depend on the facts, including whether Charlamagne was simply giving an opinion or delivering what regulators would consider a promotional endorsement. 🗣️ “If he was just speaking on a topic, that’s where the gray area comes in.” ➡️ Akademiks said that if Charlamagne did have an ownership interest, any required disclosure would generally need to be made to listeners during the broadcast if applicable not just through corporate filings. ➡️ He emphasized several times that he was raising questions based on Wayno’s comments, not accusing Charlamagne of violating any law.

🚨 Dj Akademiks reacts to Grand Wizard’s latest viral posts targeting Jay-Z and Charlamagne Tha God, saying the other side made a mistake by not bringing Grand onto their team because he has become one of the most influential voices on the internet. 👀 🗣️ “They should’ve recruited Grand. He really runs the internet.” Ak addressed claims that Grand Wizard, Akademiks TV, and pro-Drake accounts are being backed by political groups or outside funding, specifically responding to allegations that MAGA money is fueling the content. 🚨 Ak completely rejected that idea. 🗣️ “Drake is my favorite rapper. He’s Grand’s favorite rapper. Everybody on my team’s favorite rapper is Drake. There’s no funding. People genuinely support the music.” According to Ak, many of the viral moments surrounding Drake aren’t the result of coordinated campaigns but simply a reflection of an extremely active online fanbase. 📌 He argued that Drake supporters naturally dominate conversations because they are highly engaged and constantly creating content, memes, clips, and reactions that spread across social media. 😂 Ak specifically praised Grand Wizard’s editing style, reacting to a viral clip that highlighted what Grand viewed as contradictions between past comments and more recent statements from Jay-Z and Charlamagne. 🗣️ “Half the time the timeline gets taken over because the fans are up. They’re running the conversation.” Ak joked that Grand Wizard consistently finds clips, interviews, and old footage that reignite debates online, making him one of the most effective creators in the current media landscape. 👀 He also suggested that some critics underestimate the impact of independent internet personalities, leading them to assume there must be financial backing behind the scenes. According to Ak, the reality is much simpler: 🗣️ “People think there’s some huge operation behind it. Nah. Grand’s a Drake fan, the audience loves Drake, and the content spreads because people engage with it.” 🔥 Ak’s overall message was that the influence of creators like Grand Wizard comes from audience support and internet culture, not from secret funding or coordinated campaign

⚠️EXCLUSIVE:⚠️ The husband of California U.S. District Court Judge Jennifer L. Thurston, the judge who just ruled that President Trump’s administration can’t arrest any more illegal aliens unless they have a warrant for their arrest, is a multifamily real estate broker in California who caters to the illegal alien and immigrant community, and makes Instagram videos about how Donald Trump’s mass deportations and immigration policies are bad for multifamily real estate brokers and investors. Judge Thurston was appointed by Joe Biden in 2021. This is a massive CONFLICT OF INTEREST that casts doubt on Judge Thurston’s April 29th, 2025 issuance of a preliminary injunction forbidding the US Border Patrol from conducting warrantless immigration stops throughout a wide swath of California. This injunction applies to Kern County, California, including Bakersfield, CA, where Judge Thurston’s husband is in business as a multi-family real estate broker. Marc A. Thurston, Judge Thurston’s husband and Senior Vice President at ASU Commercial, specializes in Bakersfield’s multifamily real estate market. In video evidence exclusively obtained by Loomer Unleashed E, Marc Thurston stated on his Instagram account in multiple videos he filmed this year since President Trump’s inauguration, that deportations of “undocumented immigrants” would harm the local rental market in Bakersfield, directly affecting his business, which relies on immigration enforcement outcomes since over 15,000 “undocumented workers” as he calls them, work in the Central Valley of California, and many of these illegals reside in multi-family housing where Marc Thurston and his wife Judge Jennifer Thurston live in California. Judge Jennifer L. Thurston should have recused herself from the Trump admin case due to bias and personal financial gain resulting from her ruling, which benefits her husband’s business. According to the “Federal Judiciary and Judicial Procedure” guidelines that all US Federal Judges are required to follow, a judge is required to recuse themselves from a case if they find themselves conflicted with any of the following rules below: 28 U.S.C. § 455(a): Requires recusal if a reasonable person, knowing all facts, might question the judge’s impartiality. 28 U.S.C. § 455(b)(4): Mandates recusal if the judge’s spouse has a financial interest that could be substantially affected by the case’s outcome. Both of these apply to Judge Jennifer Thurston. She is another example of Leftist, Biden-appointed activist judge. Judge Thurston needs to RECUSE herself. VIDEO RECEIPTS BELOW👇 Donald J.
