Madam isme railway walon ka koi dosh nahi hei. Kabhi kabhi kisi traveller ko zyada thanda nahi chahiye hota hei to woh apne wale pe tape laga dete hein. I hope railway esse vent install kare jo open ya close k option k sath ho.

Whoever did it should have removed it before debording While travelling in AC compartment especially the Upper ones there is absolutely no way to control the flow of cold air & UB suffer. Time for railways to provide vents individually to each berth that can be controlled
