Yemen presents its first hypersonic missile. These things are virtually impossible to shoot down. It would be best if the Royal Navy and US Navy went home. This is a new Middle East and they're not cut out for it. God bless the Yemenis. They are amazing.

It's a souped up ballistic missile that goes hypersonic. And we've been shooting down hypersonic ballistic missiles for decades. But you're too Houthi minded to understand all that

Dream on, Medhurst. Hypersonic missiles (assuming the Houthis actually have them) have proven remarkably vulnerable to existing anti missile systems. Patriot, Arrow 3, THADD and Aegis guided Standard missiles can all detect and shoot down all existing hypersonic missiles. Ask your friends the Russians about this. Hypersonic missiles are also vulnerable to shoot down by patrolling naval aircraft.
