Why dont you set up a Naval Blockade of Houthi controlled Yemen? All the humanitarian aid should be funneled through US ( not UN) based organisations ( not USAID)..it should be delivered via land routes from Saudi Arabia..

Iranian missile attack on the American/NATO base Incirlik in Turkey The Turkish Ministry of Defense issued a statement claiming that a ballistic missile launched by the Iranian armed forces attacked the Incirlik air base in southern Turkey.
