Those are are just glute bones. Same as there's "boob" bones on male characters, and tons of other small ones in limbs and other parts of the body. While they could be used to add some wiggle, their most likely use is for correcting odd deformations in poses

Trust me. They are not. Anything in fortnite that wiggles is hand animated. If it was a matter of physics it would react on moovement like crouching, jumping or even being shot. Plus bone name would be something else.

It does react on movement like crouching Just they have it on very low unless you do a very jumpy movement like fast movement then it gets extremely visible

@ScyanYT I use deform cages with a cloth simulation, though there are more complex and accurate methods like ziva for example

before everyone thinks they do this for yk what reason, no it is not for marketing reasons, when animating characters having physics on parts like that which move the most is much more realistic and smoother looking rather then animating or trying to make the butt look

there is the older skins that have that issue , when crouching for example the butt doesnt have physics so some skins it looks hella cursed and stretched, but with this it wont happen again and it will look much better , now if this isnt intentional then it is what it is 😅
