That's the ideal case, but most AI automation just eliminates roles without retraining people. How do you ensure the outcome is better for the workers, not just for your output?

Task replacement and role improvement are not the same story. The missing detail is whether those two people kept the upside from the “more interesting work,” or just inherited higher-complexity tasks with the same compensation.
