Considering Brexit was never delivered and sabotaged at every step by our politicians, it's hard to say whether it was good or bad. It's like asking how your dinner was, when you only got to eat half of it.

Well, one thing we can all agree on is that it is something that happened.

Just ask him what were the positives and negatives and infer the net from it or tell him what you think. People don't have a clear "X better than Y" opinion on everything. Especially intellectually honest people, who think they don't know enough to make a clear judgement.

It's entirely possible that the effects of Brexit haven't been as bad as anticipated. His answer was fine. If he truly thinks that there is no clear answer since he sees also positive effects of Brexit you can hardly try to pressure him into giving you a clear yes or no.

i honestly love when u do this, it's the most revealing shit ever and i wish more interviewers would do this. if you can't answer a simple fucking question it says a lot about either your intelligence or your intentions. and it's not really hard to judge which of the two.
