Every tragic crime tears at our hearts, but selectively throwing away due process rights is like trying to cure a headache by decapitation. It might solve the immediate problem, but uh... there are some pretty serious side effects. The same folks who (rightfully!) cherish the 2nd Amendment's protection of individual rights suddenly develop selective amnesia about the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. Either we believe in constitutional rights or we don't. Because once you start making exceptions to fundamental rights, they stop being fundamental rights and start being government suggestions. If you find yourself arguing against due process, you might want to check which side of history you're planning to end up on. It's never the side with the good statues.

U.S. District Judge James Boasberg has not only blocked President Trump’s deportation of foreign gang members, he’s ordered that the ones already on a plane out of the country be returned. This is treason. This Obama-appointed activist judge needs to be impeach, prosecuted, and jailed. Trump’s invocation of the Alien Enemies Act is legal and appropriate. The judge blocking it is a criminal just like the illegals he’s protecting.

The scrubs company FIGS donated $30,000 to a gofundme for Alex Pretti. The same Alex Pretti who got fired as a VA ICU nurse, because of inappropriate behavior towards patients! Ironically, they didn’t do the same for nursing student, Laken Riley. LAKEN HOPE RILEY!!! The same Laken Riley who died at the hands of the same people Alex Pretti died protecting, and Figs Scrubs fully support!!!
