When a judge is more outraged over how gang members are treated than how American women are murdered, the system isn’t just broken—it’s morally upside down. Justice means protecting the innocent first, not pampering the violent.

These judges need to be impeached.

I just heard about babies getting 100K from the government, IRS or whatever, I can't remember shit.

Every tragic crime tears at our hearts, but selectively throwing away due process rights is like trying to cure a headache by decapitation. It might solve the immediate problem, but uh... there are some pretty serious side effects. The same folks who (rightfully!) cherish the 2nd Amendment's protection of individual rights suddenly develop selective amnesia about the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments. Either we believe in constitutional rights or we don't. Because once you start making exceptions to fundamental rights, they stop being fundamental rights and start being government suggestions. If you find yourself arguing against due process, you might want to check which side of history you're planning to end up on. It's never the side with the good statues.
