I got sweated mercilessly by LA Dept of Building & Safety when we made a change to our plans that required *less* engineering (I had Nana Wall dreams but a picture window budget) and after waiting a month (we were sent to back of line when we made the change) I drove downtown to pick up the freshly stamped plans—I kid you not there was a 2-story shanty just down the street from Building & Safety. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I will pay the $496 fine, I generate revenue for the city. The junkies and drug dealers do not. So they are allowed to roam w/impunity.
