Just look at this river flowing all the way from Tibet into India through Nelong Valley on the Indo-China border. The water here is unbelievably crystal clear you can literally see right to the bottom with the naked eye. And then, as it flows into India and becomes part of the Ganga River, we all know how drastically it changes. That contrast says everything. The purity here exists because access is strictly controlled only a few people with special permits are allowed. It’s a stark reminder that we, not the river, are responsible for what it becomes downstream! 😍👌🏻

What your arms actually get in a normal week: - Heavy tension from every row, chin and pulldown - Heavy tension from every press, dip and close-grip - Twenty isolation sets piled on top of that - All of it at the end, when the weight has to be light - All of it at length, where damage is highest - A drop set, because they are stubborn - Four days of soreness - One training exposure, seven days later Biceps and triceps are the most damage-sensitive tissue in the building. Two small muscles with almost nothing there to absorb the work. Damage is not a growth signal. It is a repair bill, and repair spends the exact recovery you were hoping to build with. So no, they are not growing no matter how hard you train them. They are not growing because of how hard you train them. The gym is where I learned discipline. But the farm is where I learned reality. You can bench three plates and still not be strong enough to dig a trench, haul water, or stack hay in 100-degree heat. Gym strength doesn’t always translate to the real world. But farm strength? That translates everywhere. Out on the property, there’s no perfect form, no mirrors, no “three sets and done.” There’s just work that has to be done, or nature wins. You learn to move better, breathe deeper, and respect the kind of strength that keeps the world alive. I still love the gym. But I train differently now. I see a lot of people commenting without even reading the caption or checking who I am. I’m a professional stunt rider, a movie stunt double and a content creator. I play characters, I create staged scenes because that is literally my job. Everything is planned, supervised and controlled. But even with all that, some people still rush into the comments to throw insults without understanding what they’re actually watching. Before getting angry, judging or making accusations, take a few seconds to look into what you’re seeing. It avoids a lot of unfairness and it shows respect for the people who spend time and energy creating entertaining content. And everything here is real work. It’s real riding, real effort and hours of preparation. There is never any artificial intelligence in my videos. I don’t blame anyone, but I kindly remind you to be careful with what you think you’re seeing before judging, because reality is not always what it looks like.

My heart is in pieces. I lost my best boy yesterday. He was 13 but it still felt sudden. I know a lot of you know Homer as he was often in the background of my pics. He was the sweetest, funniest and most loving little guy, and I feel very grateful to have had spent such a good amount of time with him. Yesterday Homer had a massive seizure. I rushed him to the vet immediately and they tried for several hours but we just couldn’t save him. I know it was his time. And I know I did everything I could. But it still doesn’t take away the heartache. I will miss him so much. They are with us for such a short time but have such a huge impact on our lives. Rip my little guy
