Chums! Baby Dog here. Yesterday we asked you to tell us how you watch our videos. That was because we don’t usually film in Portrait Mode. As a trial, Mum took me out yesterday and filmed me in Portrait. Here is the result. Please tell me if you like it. *WARNING! The video didn’t turn out as planned. We acknowledge what other leaders are doing to bring change in Kenya. In remembrance of our fallen and standing heroes, we will support every effort in our shared vision of a new Kenya. On 20th Mashujaa Day we will be in Narok for a symbolic cleanup. The meeting point will be communicated. To those who have asked for urgent street protests against the ills of this government, i agree with you. However, I urge you to remember the need to build momentum before you engage. Civic Education is still needed in 70% of our nation for a national consensus on the change we want. This struggle is for all of us. It should not be left to the youthful GenZ or the people in towns and cities. We need everyone on board. #FagiaKwako

I was simply 5 inches too tight on my line when my right arm hooked inside of the gate, twisting me and resulted in my crash. My ACL and past injuries had nothing to do with my crash whatsoever. Unfortunately, I sustained a complex tibia fracture that is currently stable but will require multiple surgeries to fix properly. While yesterday did not end the way I had hoped, and despite the intense physical pain it caused, I have no regrets. Standing in the starting gate yesterday was an incredible feeling that I will never forget. Knowing I stood there having a chance to win was a victory in and of itself. I also knew that racing was a risk. It always was and always will be an incredibly dangerous sport. And similar to ski racing, we take risks in life. We dream. We love. We jump. And sometimes we fall. Sometimes our hearts are broken. Sometimes we don't achieve the dreams we know we could have. But that is also the beauty of life; we can try. I tried. I dreamt. I jumped. As I noted concluding the debate, unfortunately few of the proponents of net zero engaged with these numbers, preferring to appeal to authority, or just to assert that we needed to decarbonise whatever the costs. This may be the first time we have debated the costs of renewables, but I am confident it will not be the last.
