@GrahamSmith_ The Crown Estate has performed exceptionally well. The King ordered that 15% used for the Office of the Head of State must be cut to 12% so public services get a higher proportion. He didn't have to, but he did.

Crown Prosecutor compared Ben Roberts-Smith alleged crimes to terrorism as though he were Naveed Akram. This was part of his argument as to why he should be kept in prison. 2. Crown Prosecutor alleges Roberts-Smith was planning on moving overseas without telling authorities. I have no idea what the evidence for this is considering Roberts-Smith also made repeated efforts to surrender himself to authorities. 3. Crown Prosecutor is heavily relying on the earlier defamation case for evidence. They view the Besanko findings as having substantially defined “the evidentiary landscape” and BRS’s own testimony as locked in.
