Listen to Mayor Brandon Johnson's answer to Kristen Welker's question on affordability in Chicago. Mind you, Johnson became mayor in May 2023, some 20 months — nearly two years — before Trump returned to the White House. When told prices have risen in Chicago 7 percent since Johnson became mayor, the mayor froze momentarily and immediately shifted to blame Trump's tariffs. A world-class pivot, Johnson then rambled on for another minute and a half about his throwing money at CPS schools, support for childcare workers, summer jobs programs, affordable housing, mentioned something about fresh water, a diverse economy...............whatever stuck to the wall. We're willing to wager WGN was in on this ploy. We all know Mayor Brandon Johnson is transparent phony, but this staged stunt steals the show. At a town hall hosted by WGN, a community violence interrupter (CVI) just so happened to make it into the audience to ask the mayor about funding for CVI programs. Johnson then went on the offer fulsome praise for violence interrupters. Violence interrupters and peacekeepers are worthless, and most are "justice-impacted individuals" who are paid tax dollars only to return to the streets where they resume gang activity, sling dope, sell guns, or exact revenge on rivals. Johnson, however, is gullible enough to believe in CVIs.

Bergen County, New Jersey shows 100% votes counted with the Republican Governor Cittarelli wining the county, and then somehow magically flips to the Democrat when a 52.2 % to 47.3% final count was already established. Make it make sense? More fraud, just like in the 2020 election, which once again always and only benefits Democrats. The fraud is so obvious it's beyond ridiculous.

For months, when asked whether he PERSONALLY was directing/influencing /pressuring the CPS Board into firing CPS CEO Pedro Martinez, he denied it, stonewalled saying "he doesn't discuss personnel issues," denied FOIA requests and violated the Open Meetings Act by providing completely redacted documents in response to FOIA requests by the media. But this week, an unredacted copy of an internal memo, obtained by Chicago Tribune, showed that Johnson's advisor told CPS board members that the Mayor expected Martinez to be out by September 26th. Johnson's Chief of Staff, Cristina "Peace Circles" Pacione-Zayas was also included in the message thread. It hasn't been proven yet but I suspect that Johnson also knew all about his former Press Secretary and friend, Ronnie Reese's sexual misconduct and intimidation at City Hall and did nothing about it. Not only is the Mayor being extremely dishonest but he clearly cares more about his backers at CTU than he does about the people of Chicago or their kids at CPS Schools. #thatreporter

At a March 2nd meeting, Supervisor Juli Briskman told the county’s DEI department that she hopes the board will not fund a large resource request (elementary SROs), and if that happens, other budget requests like more DEI positions could be funded. The County Administrator already included funding in the proposed budget to fund school resource officers in elementary schools, something Briskman opposes as do most Democrats on the school board like April Chandler and Anne Donohue. On Thursday at 5:15 pm, the Loudoun County School Board is holding a special meeting and is expected to vote on the Sheriff’s proposal to add school resource officers in all elementary schools. Right now, the Democrat majority on the school board is expected to formally oppose the SRO proposal. We’ll keep you updated. Some believe this is being done now so Democrats on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors, like Briskman, can make the argument to take the SRO funding out of the county’s proposed budget. “Why fund elementary school SROs if the school board doesn’t want them?” Right now, there are school resource officers in all middle and high schools in Loudoun County. The Sheriff says the county needs school resource officers in elementary schools because of how many calls of service there are at elementary schools and he says SRO’s can protect the most vulnerable kids in the county when seconds count. Elementary school shootings have been on the rise over the past ten years. The sheriff’s office also tells me there are hundreds of instances where SROs have had to leave middle schools to respond to threats at elementary schools each year. The sheriff’s office was told by the school admin last year that if they want school resource officers in elementary schools, they should get the funding first, and then LCPS will talk. But now it appears the school board is moving the goal posts. The sheriff’s office was able to get the funding, but now there’s an effort underway by Briskman and some school board members to pull the funding and prevent school resource officers in elementary schools.

Let’s be mature enough to recognize the fact that the Trump administration, hates the Liberals. They has no respect for them. First it was Governor Trudeau. Then it was Governor Carney. I dare you to try to negotiate a deal with someone that doesn’t respect or like you. See how favourable that deal is. Stop pretending Ottawa is just an innocent bystander. Every time Canada gets worse, someone in the comments goes “it’s the provinces.” That’s not an argument. It’s an excuse. Provinces run the hospitals and schools. Ottawa decides immigration levels. Ottawa collects the tax money. Ottawa controls the border. Ottawa writes the criminal law.
