From where I sit as Chairman of UBA Group, I believe that banking infrastructure is just as critical to Africa’s renaissance as power, roads or ports. And for the finance sector to truly drive our continent’s transformation, we must focus on four critical pillars: 1.Making Africa a safe haven for savings. 2.Enabling private global capital to find its way into Africa. 3.Capacitising and improving our capacity to transact and effect swift payments. 4.Enabling the private sector to drive, orchestrate, and lead the growth and transformation of the continent. This, I call #Africapitalism
