Had some work in LA, and then I came here. But yesterday, I rode a horse for the first time. So it was an unbelievable experience." "But when I was younger, there used to be a horse that was in a field nearby, just a shy horse. And it was this beautiful horse. It was just on its own every day. So I'd go and stop, and it would come over to me, and I'd spend time [with it]. And then when I'd start walking home, I'd start to notice my allergies started kicking off. And then my breathing, I'd struggle to breathe. And I'd really, really struggle. And I didn't know that I had asthma." "Then I was, I happened to be around another horse another time, and I had an asthma attack. And it was a really scary experience, because I didn't have an inhaler or anything. So anyways, I stayed away from horses since that day. That was when I was probably like 14 or something. And I went through this desensitization program, because my allergies were crazy, particularly for hay fever in the UK. And I didn't think anything of it. I hadn't thought about it. And I did a shoot at the beginning of this year with a horse for the Time 100 magazine. And I took medication, antihistamine. But I was able to be around this horse, no problems. So yesterday, I did a shoot with a horse for Plus 44. And I was like, can I ride it? And I got on. And it was just, wow. It was an amazing experience." "The horse started moving. And it started to gallop. And I didn't know what to do in that moment. So I panicked a little bit. But it was beautiful. Today is a very special day! Not only do I get to celebrate my birthday, but it's also that time of the year when I can share something exciting with all of you. A huge thanks to everyone for the lovely birthday messages! To celebrate, I'm thrilled to announce that my record "Now We Are Free," which is part of my Elysian project, has been officially released today! It took a while to get cleared, but it was all worth it. Having personally met Hans Zimmer back in 2004, I could never have imagined that I would one day remake one of my favorite records of my life. I've been waiting for this day just as eagerly as you have. Thank you all for your amazing support and love throughout this crazy journey. Also, I'm currently working on another album and I can't wait to finish it and share it all with you. ib ❤️

I was diagnosed with epilepsy as a young adult. I’ve been seizure-free for several years, but I often think about the journey it has taken to get to this place and many that are at the beginning of that journey now. Today is Purple Day for Epilepsy Society , and I’m wearing my purple ribbon. Epilepsy affects many, but the wider effects are not commonly understood. So there’s more we can do to spread awareness and stand up to seizures. 💜

the fact this is one of the most emotional parts of this song and for years, it has been him and hee doing it and now he has to get up there and do this part all alone for an entire tour. it might be hard for us to take it but for him doing it, i can’t imagine the pressure he must feel having to carry that part all by himself and seeing him get emotional right before starting actually breaks me. i hope he knows he still did as amazing and magical as always. ☆🪽 𓈒 ྀ༷ ˳ ׅ

I am so grateful for this journey and for every single one of you who has chosen to be here with us. Thank you for every follow, every like, every comment, but even more than that, thank you for every smile and every “hi” I get on the roads of Ala Igbo and beyond. It genuinely blows my mind that simply sharing our family life can connect with so many people.
