Yesterday was a true reminder that everything is possible; I had a rare honour to address a live English premier league audience during the AFC Bournemouth – Manchester City Match, where I spoke about our experience working on the club’s EDI strategy, as part of the PLEDIS.

I described our experience in the group as transformational, knowing that several people across the world would be impacted by the work we have done to deepen inclusion and forge a stronger future, where everyone can find themselves in it.

It is refreshing to see AFC Bournemouth’s unwavering devotion to EDI and the club’s commitment to leverage the power of the badge to make change, give hope and inspire action. The details of our work was also prominently featured in the day’s matchday programme.
