The young Captain was having a conversation with the pupils, and here is what he saying, “I was telling you a while ago, in school they were telling us that we couldn’t do it here. They lied to us. We grow wheat here, and it works well, and we will develop it. Some people have started, this year, I was able to see people who did it, as part of the presidential initiative, and I was told that in the past, some were able to do it and they produced it well. Currently, we are sowing wheat in some farmlands as part do the presidential initiative. What you eat must be produced here. So, this is why I say that we will teach you many things, and we will review the curricula they teach you. For those who drink coffee, they told us that your coffee, chocolate, it is only in the countries with abundant rainfalls, that here is only savanna, desert, it does not rain, we cannot farm. Again, they lied to us. It’s not true! Coffee grows well here, cocoa grows well too. almost 2 mins of vernon talking about avatar 3 😭 🐻‍❄️ i watched avatar. i heard somewhere that some kinda don’t understand why they all use english when they have their own language ‘navi’ and that it feels like a plot hole. before watching the 3rd movie, i actually rewatched the 1st and 2nd one. at the start of the 2nd movie, the main character jake said something like he got so used to speaking navi to the point it feels like he’s speaking english. but then there was a scene he was speaking to his children in navi and it suddenly became english. honestly because of that scene, i realised in the scenes afterwards that the navi species are speaking in navi amongst themselves even if it’s in english. wouldn’t that be the case? they just purposely do it for the english-speaking audience though of course that’s where the story is

When you go there, there are various galleries there like Korean gallery, Chinese gallery and I went to the Korean gallery. But it seems that not many Koreans go to the art basel. And the staff working at the gallery were all Koreans but they didn't know that I'm Korean. Just as I went in, they said 'take photos! Take photos! Who is he who is he? (in Korean)' 🐶: they thought you couldn't speak korean? 🦌: yup and I also just spoke in English. So they explained the art in English and that guy since he didn't know me, he said 'quickly take photos while I'm explaining'. So it went on and at the end after listening to the explanations in English, i said 'I'm Korean' 🦖: he would have been embarrassed 🦌: But just in case.. “In the wake of ‘The Boys,’ I signed a deal with Amazon. They wanted to develop something with me in mind, so I had a few meetings with different writers and different kinds of takes for shows. When I met Derek Haas, who created #Countdown and has written all 13 scripts, I just clicked with him immediately. He and I actually grew up in the same town; we went to neighboring high schools, so we had a lot in common right off the bat. But he's just a really great storyteller, and he comes from a long line of writing really kind of intense stuff. And so the character that he created, I just felt like I could tell that story in the world that he was also creating. That led to more meetings, and then that led to some outlines. I got to read the first script, and I just really liked where it was going. I liked the kind of world that he was setting it in, and I got excited about it. I was fortunate enough to be in a position to do that and be there from the beginning, the genesis of it all, 'cause that's not normal. For most actors, everything is kind of already cooked, and then they come in - they get cast in a role that's already happening. I was kind of, not involved creatively, but I was already on the train from the beginning in the station, so that was nice. And there are some twists and turns with this show; there are some big reveals, so to speak. So I'm excited for you guys. I'm excited to get it done - we're about halfway done with the season right now. It would be neat if the English dub had Sonic say phrases in other languages like the Japanese dub. Like have him say stuff in Japanese, Spanish, French, etc. actually now that I think about it the JP dub should have Sonic do this as well instead of just saying English phrases.
