Yesterday, ZNBC released a statement that Zambia has decided to give Foreign Mining Companies a tax break for 10 years. We reject that decision by the Zambia Development Agency. We can’t people come and mine our minerals and then they be told not to pay tax for 10 years !!

Farmers pay tax. I pay tax. We want to pay tax (as much as anyone else wants to pay tax) If we could afford the inheritance tax bill we would pay it. Like we pay everything else. We either have the inheritance tax rules reversed or we have to demand better prices for our produce to be able to pay the tax. Farmland can’t be and must not be sold to pay the tax. Food security is the priority for this country and we have to protect it. Here’s my thoughts on what we can do about this.

That's Liberal logic for ya, put the cart before the horse, then tax the horse for existing. We're being played. We made a reservation for a pipeline, but it won't be there when we show up.

He sold the company California Department of Taxation just sent him a demanding he provide 3 years of all ledges so they can come auger him for a “use tax” He’s never even heard of that, I looked it up The California ‘Use tax’ is when you buy and taxable goods from out of state and the seller might not have collected the California sales tax So now he has to try and hunt all this information down, for every purchase so California can try and collect taxes on it, because maybe the seller didn’t collect the right tax “Talk about government overreach” “Like, we don't even have a wholesale certificate. We don't buy wholesale. Everything we buy, we pay retail, we pay sales tax on it. We don't charge our customer sales tax. So what authority does your agency even have to ask me to go through my records for the past three f*cking years and send them to you so you can browse through it and try to find f*cking money to cover the debt? The f*cking state of California….” This is how broke California is….
