Kerry realistically Ireland has done nothing. The "reworked" OTB ( which was passed in 2018) = watered down + removed "services" left "goods", services ^$$$. Trade has increased massively. 🇮🇪 still selling Israeli war bonds, allows US to use Shannan as military outpost.
