Yet another court case for hate speech. This time because I linked migrants to crime during a lecture I gave at Leuven University. I’m now the target of three active court cases and a dozen pending criminal investigations. It’s murder by lawfare.

There is a verdict in one of my twelve court cases and criminal investigations. The court said it did not have the jurisdiction to convict me but one of our activists was convicted and very heavily punished simply because he humouristicaly turned the tables on a leftist doxxer.

NEW: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says he is being forced to cough up $10 million because the Democratic Party is suing him to keep him off of ballots. This is the same party that prides itself on being the "pro-democracy" party. "They're suing me now in a dozen states. I've been in trials for the past three weeks. I've spent most of my time not campaigning, but sitting in court in cases that are trying to get me off the ballot." "I spent a whole week in a trial for that case, for two cases they brought, and another week in another trial or another case. It's costing me $10 million to defend myself." Nothing like defending democracy by forcefully removing candidates from ballots.

I had a challenging week with court cases in the Delhi high court, but I know this is the price for fighting for the truth. You can try to silence me, but you cannot stop me because speaking the truth is not defamation. Earlier when I would get a court case, I would get scared. Now when I receive a court case, I get stressed but I don’t get scared, because I know that you don’t create a health revolution without making a few enemies! If we want to create a large enough change in India’s health, we need to be willing to fight some of these cases and take the companies head-on. 99.9% people in our place would’ve given up, but really proud to fight back! It is not a crime to read out what you have written in your own food package label. Let’s keep the fight on!

Breaking news Thohoyandou District Court grants state application to centralise cases against suspended SAPS sergeant The Thohoyandou District Court has granted the State's application to centralise the criminal cases against suspended SAPS Organised Crime Unit Sergeant Fannie Nkosi. The consolidated matter will now be heard at the Pretoria North Magistrate's Court on 22 July 2026. Nkosi faces multiple charges linked to separate investigations, including the alleged theft of a SAPS forensic report connected to a drug investigation. He also faces charges of theft, fraud, defeating the ends of justice, and allegations of interfering with police evidence in a Limpopo drug case. The National Prosecuting Authority previously sought to centralise the Pretoria North and Thohoyandou matters to allow all charges against Nkosi to proceed in a single court. Nkosi remains in custody after being denied bail in the Pretoria matter.
