Yet another ICE agent points a gun—this time repeatedly—at multiple innocent bystanders—just for taking a cell phone video. Witnesses were inside their car a safe distance away—and clearly not any kind of danger. At least 1 person was detained during the incident at the corner of Bristol & McFadden... show more

ICE agent points gun directly at the head of innocent civilian—just for taking picture of his license plate. He drew his gun with one hand—while fumbling to open the car door with the other. The "agent" did not seem to be aware someone else was already recording his vehicle. The incident happened during an ICE raid at the corner of Los Robles & Orange Grove in Pasadena, California. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

ICE agent points gun directly at innocent bystander—daughter of man they just arrested. He drew his gun with one hand—at same time opening car door with the other. Is this proper firearm training? Her crime?—Daring to cry "He’s not a criminal" after agents grabbed her father off the street in front of her. ICE raids in Memphis, Tennessee have ignited controversy due to their aggressive tactics and questionable implementation—raising accusations of racial profiling and civil rights violations. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

Yet another video of LAPD intentionally shooting directly at reporters covering the ICE protests—this time a Univision crew. The press were clearly wearing their "Univision 34 Los Angeles" uniforms. LAPD continued to shoot as they ran away carrying their tripod, camera & micro phone. Even these so-called "less than lethal" bullets can cause serious injury—or even death at such close range. #DemVoice1 #wtpBLUE #DemsUnited

🔥🚨DEVELOPING: Nancy Sinatra, daughter of Frank Sinatra, went on social media to call for eliminating all guns following reports of a 'mass shooting' in Seattle, which is false. Breitbart News reported the Seattle shooting, noting that it was actually a shootout between at least two people that occurred during the Bite of Seattle food festival on Sunday. Three people were killed in the shootout, and four others were injured, and police detained a 15-year-old in connection with the incident. This came after their mayor shut off camera footage in the city to protect illegal migrants.

🚨(Minneapolis) A Border Patrol agent was caught on camera illegally assaulting U.S. citizens in a public park. In the video, you can see the agent walking down the sidewalk towards a smoke canister. He kicks it not once, but TWICE, directly towards the feet of people trying to get away. And then, he casually turns around and walks away. He was in no danger. The people were not blocking any agents. They weren’t even near the street. And he purposely walked out of his way, towards the people who were walking AWAY from him, to kick a chemical weapon at them. This isn’t just reckless… it’s illegal. Under federal and state law, intentionally using a chemical irritant to harm or intimidate civilians is assault. Beyond assault, this is reckless endangerment and excessive use of force, which violates both constitutional protections and civil statutes. AND he did this in a park, right next to a playground. ICE and Border Patrol agents ARE the criminals and terrorists.

🚨BREAKING: Another ICE agent has been caught on video illegally pointing a firearm at a U.S. citizen, in Lemonwood, California. In the video, an unmarked ICE vehicle is stopped in the middle of the road… no vehicles are in front of it, and nothing is preventing them from driving forward. Instead of continuing to drive down the road, the ICE agent is blocking a pickup truck from turning, while pointing a gun, out their window, directly at the driver of that truck. The truck backs up, but the agent still keeps the firearm pointed at the driver. Only AFTER people begin honking their horns does the agent lower their weapon, and drive away. The law states that pointing a firearm at someone is considered a serious threat of deadly force. It is only justified when an officer has an objectively reasonable belief that they are facing an immediate threat of death, or serious bodily harm. It is not legally allowed to be used to control traffic, and it is not legally allowed to be used as intimidation. And that’s exactly why this video should be alarming to you. The agent is not boxed in… nothing is preventing them from driving down the street. Meanwhile, the agent is the one preventing the truck from continuing its turn. And they are doing so while pointing a gun at the driver. So, the question becomes… What immediate threat justified the ICE agent to stop their car, and point a firearm at a U.S. citizen? Because we are seeing a growing pattern, of publicly documented incidents, where ICE agents point firearms at legal observers, journalists, and bystanders during enforcement encounters… when they are not facing an immediate threat of death. That is not how public safety works. Pointing a firearm at someone is one of the most serious things an officer can do, because it instantly escalates an encounter into a potential deadly force situation. And that is exactly why the law is supposed to restrict it. Every unnecessary drawn gun increases the risk of a wrong judgment, and a fatal mistake. And when there is no accountability, for when that line gets crossed, drawing a gun because the normal for every situation. And when it becomes normal, more people’s lives are put in danger.

This is footage from the "Emergency Anti-ICE Protest" in Asheville NC. I could not find a single person of color protesting here tonight, not one. I’d say at least 75% of the people were both white and over the age of 60... Why is it mostly old white people at these things?!!

A police sergeant in New York City was sentenced to 3 to 9 years in prison for killing a man on a motorized scooter by tossing a picnic cooler full of drinks at him. Erik Duran, 38, is the first NYPD cop sentenced to prison for an on-duty death in at least 2 decades. The president of his police union said "Today will be forever remembered as one of the darkest days in the history of our profession." Over 11,000 police officers signed a petition for Duran to be sentenced to probation with no jail time. Eric Duprey, 30, was a father of 3 and a delivery driver. He was suspected of a drug crime at the time he was being chased by police, but his family denies the allegations. People close to Duprey describe him as a "loving partner" and "the best father in the world."

Remember when that Border Patrol agent pulled a gun on unarmed civilians… twice… in Evanston, IL, just outside Chicago? Well, now we have the footage… and we finally know what “provoked” him. You can clearly hear a woman say, “She is a citizen of the United States!” Another agent warns him that people are filming behind him. The agent turns, looks directly at the camera, and says, “Get back or I’ll shoot you.” The man filming, in shock, replies, “You’re going to what?!” And that’s when the agent actually pulls out his gun and points it straight at an unarmed man who’s just holding a phone. All because they were… filming. So, when Border Patrol claims this was “by the book,” just remember: their book apparently says you can point a gun at an unarmed citizen for daring to exercise their first amendment right to film you.
