The most unbelievable thing just happened in my Tesla Robotaxi. There’s this dead end, which imo is the deadest dead end, where no Tesla has EVER been able to get out on FSD, without manual help. I ordered the Robotaxi from there just to test it, but this time there was a garbage truck in the way… and what happened next blew my mind. • Attempt #1: It backed up, paused, seemed unsure, then gave up and pulled forward again right back into the dead end. • Attempt #2: This time, it backed up, tried turning the wheel left to find an angle out, but again, couldn’t quite figure it out and went back to the dead end. • Attempt #3: Here’s where it got wild. As it backed up, a garbage truck suddenly pulled up, blocking part of the road. The Robotaxi slowed down, waited, observed the truck backing up for it, and learned from it. It then adjusted its trajectory, turned the wheel left, reversed, and then found its way out! What mind boggles me is that the AI learned in real-time. It seems like it took cues from its environment, analyzed the movement of the garbage truck, and then used that info to solve a problem that it failed twice before. This was real-world AI learning and adapting happening live! Absolutely mind-blowing.

We had a crazy scene today at Barstool World Hq. An uber eats driver got in a fight with Gia in the hallway over her order. Our security guard Dan went into the hall to tell the guy to leave and he attacked him. Beat him up pretty good. Paulie Playoffs saved the day pulling him off. (Thankfully it was Gaz and not Mintzy who arrived 1st) Then the rest of the troops rushed in followed by Cody and Travy for the Boys to help out. Now what we got to pay very close attention to in the security footage we pulled is how Tommy Smokes (in red) handled this explosive situation. Bravery like this can not go unnoticed. Totally secured and locked down the office. The police did show up and arrest the guy. Danny may need a few stiches and a couple beers. All in all another day at the Stool. Shoutout Mandami’s NYC

Cancer Update We’ve made it back to Switzerland. Last year’s trip ended up with me in hospital for 2 weeks when we got back and shortly after discharge was given a few months (basically taking me up to Christmas) to live. BUT I pulled through albeit now only 8 stone and very limited to what I could eat. So we booked Switzerland THEN the stent started blocking and I ended up in hospital having a new stent fitted and looking like we wouldn’t make it because I only got out on Friday - but we did. We both REALLY need this break. I absolutely love my beautiful wife Kay and adore being in our 2nd home with her ❤️ 🇨🇭⛴️. X PS. Fuck you again cancer, I am NOT giving up without one hell of a fight!! 🎗️ The view from our apartment in La Tour-de-Peilz. The paddle steamer Vevey in the distance on Lake Geneva ⬇️.

I was sitting at a bus stop waiting for Andrew when a car suddenly pulled up. And out stepped the man from the store yesterday, the same man who had refused to let me pay for my food. He came running toward me with his phone in his hand, my picture on the screen, saying, “This is you! This is you!” Somehow, he had found me on Instagram and then driven up and down the highway looking for me until he found me sitting there at a bus stop. He opened his car and started pulling things out for me: cookies, water, and 2,000 hryvnia for my soldiers. That 2,000 UAH was added directly to the balance for thermal drones. What do you even say to something like that? Yesterday, he told me about his family in #Canada. Today, this man went looking for me on the road to Poltava because he wanted to help my boys and help me. I sat there at that bus stop with a very different kind of tears running down my face. There are days on this journey when I am tired, sore, overwhelmed, and wondering how I am going to keep putting one foot in front of the other. And then someone appears. Someone gives me food. Someone brings water. Someone donates. Someone drives out of their way. Someone refuses to let me pay. Someone simply decides, “I can help.” And somehow, all of those little acts carry me a little farther. Not long after that incredible encounter, another car pulled up. I was sitting at a bus stop waiting for Andrew when a car suddenly pulled up. And out stepped the man from the store yesterday, the same man who had refused to let me pay for my food. 🌞: when i was in Turkey i used to go skateboard with friends— actually rollerblades like you wear them as shoes and they have 4 wheels 🌞as for me i was going really - really fast. i don’t know if you call it “driving” or what—anyway i was just going fast - really fast - like extremely fast. and the road would be like you know a main road and then there are alleys - alleys- alleys—maybe a big road and then lots of small little alleys popping out right ? 🌞then one day while i was speeding back home suddenly a car came from the right - then i saw the car coming, right? so i turned to the right : wait—it’s coming from the right so why did you turn right?? 🌞i don’t know either but it was like… maybe the car was about to stop or something so i didn’t know what to do so i just ran straight into the car : you ran into it? 🌞yeah ran straight into it : then what happened next? 🌞after i hit the car right - like say this is the car and i came like this then “boom”my body kind of bounced backward like “boom” and at this point my leg went under the car like this you get it? my leg was under the car. then the car bounced over my leg but that “bounced” doesn’t mean the car saw my leg and jumped over it it means it went over it—ran over it : so what about now? 🌞my leg is totally fine 🌻**immediately pulled Joong’s pants up to check 🌞nothing!! it’s not a prosthetic or anything it just went over and that’s it - i even saw it clearly with my own eyes—the wheel went over it like thump : so it bounced because it braked hard? is that it? 🌻: did it go like whoosh? : so it actually ran over it right? 🌞completely ran over it .. i could literally see the wheel passing over my leg -“oop” : did it hurt? 🌞not at all … after that only my arm got a few small scratches : but your leg was really fine? 🌞completely fine… the driver was shocked and asked me “are you okay? should i take you to the hospital?” 🌞but in my head at that moment.. iwasn’t afraid of dying… i was afraid of getting scolded by my mom

this is straight up the creepiest thing i’ve seen they wired 166,700 reconstructed fruit fly neurons into this android just to test movement, then the thing started doing something nobody asked for at first it was basic feedback. camera sees motion → fly network reacts → motors move. nothing crazy then it started turning toward people before they touched it the team thought it was sensor noise, so they killed the scripted behavior and ran the body again with only the fly network connected same thing head tracks a person across the room hand closes when someone gets too close body shifts when the lights go out the weirdest part came later they left the android alone for 17 minutes and the neural activity never settled. the fly network kept firing even with almost no new input, like it was running something internally 166,700 neurons is nothing next to a human brain but nobody told those neurons they were inside a human-shaped body either they wanted to see if a fly brain could control an android now they’re trying to figure out why it keeps looking back
