Getting into a yoga class will bankrupt you financially leaving no money for food and that's how you will lose weight.

I must respectfully disagree sir. I only do traditional hatha YOG

surely the increase in muscle mass via yoga can lead to increased energy requirements which could lead to weight loss? I lost around 27 kgs in 7 months without really altering my diet. I just added gym 3x/week into the mix, that's it.

*you need a caloric deficit, doesn't matter how it occurs.

People have green tea for weight loss, even yoga is a bit too much exercise for the sloths. I wonder if they can differentiate between aerobics & anaerobics? 😂

You are not true this time doc, I have seen very big changes through yoga. In fact some fat burning aerobics hurts joints or elderly but through yoga you achieve whatever you wish. Only one thing required for yoga results, it's consistency

Doc, can we improve our strength using resistance bands or must we use dumbells, barbells, etc.?
