New Yorkers overwhelmingly voted to take politics out of the redistricting process by creating an independent commission, yet Albany Democrats continue looking for ways to manipulate congressional maps for their own political advantage. I've been consistent on this issue regardless of which party is in power - I opposed partisan gerrymandering in Florida and Texas, and I oppose it in New York. Voters should choose their representatives, not the other way around. The integrity of our elections depends on public trust, and that trust is eroded when politicians try to rig the system to protect their own power.

Republican Presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy just called on all other Presidential Candidates to sign a letter agreeing to pardon Donald Trump for what he is being arraigned on today. I simply don’t get it. Why not allow the court of law to decide if he’s innocent or guilty? Why use a political office to wipe out any fair trial? I hear so many republicans claiming that this is a partisan indictment. The courts are not partisan though. A pardon by a Republican president of a former Republican president is in fact a partisan action. I think we can all agree that Trump will receive a fair trial under a judge nominated by him, and a jury that is from a district that voted almost 50/50 in the past Presidential election. Trump is not above the rule of law, and deserves no pardon. He deserves whatever the courts say he deserves.

California Democrat AG Rob Bonta deceptively changed the measure's official ballot title and summary to tank their popular Prop 39 for VOTER ID before voters even see it to make it confusing and misleading to rig the election. Prop 39 would require government-issued ID for in-person voting, or the last four digits of a government ID number for mail ballots, free state-issued voter ID cards on request, and annual county reports on citizenship verification rates. Voter ID is the concern and the change is partisan and intended to predetermine the election outcome and sabotage the measure so it fails. Throw these Democrats in jail already.

It is a countywide issue” “Voters just ended up walking away. Chester County Voter Services says it is going to conduct a formal review to figure out how this happened and how to prevent it from happening again. But that does not seem to be easing the frustration and mistrust that a lot of voters are feeling today. There are more than 75,000 registered independents and third-party voters in Chester County. Passports are expensive, documents don’t always match, and the process can be a mess (been there). We should be making voting easier, not adding more hurdles. Democrats can own this by proposing their own bill that accepts a range of IDs, and includes automatic voter registration and Election Day as a national holiday for starters.

There’s no EU help for sick kids, cancer, or rare diseases….but for this one issue, suddenly there’s MONEY and URGENCY. This isn’t about words. Election officials testify that DOMINION voting machines were sending and receiving signals through wifi and connecting to the internet in an active voting location during the 2020 election. A Georgia election official also testified that QR codes located on ballots were used to tabulate votes through the machines instead of the markings made by voters on the actual ballots themselves. This proves that there is no way to actually confirm that Joe Biden won the 2020 election because the QR code can not be read or verified by election officials to determine what the QR code is actually telling the voting machines to tabulate for since it is not reading the actual filled in selections by the voter. This is just another variable and method to program the machines to manipulate, read, and rig an election in your favor.

I want to ask three questions first, which will make it very clear that the BJP is directing and using the Election Commission to damage India's democracy. ❓ Why is it that the CJI was removed from the selection panel of the Election Commissioner? What motivation could there be to remove the CJI? Do we not believe in the CJI? Of course, we believe in the CJI. Why is he not in that room? I sit in that room. It is a so-called democratic decision. On one side, PM Narendra Modi and HM Amit Shah. On the other side, the leader of the opposition. I have no voice in that room. What they decide is what happens. So, why are the Prime Minister and Amit Shah so keen on choosing exactly who the Election Commissioner is going to be? ❓ This is a devastating one. No Prime Minister has done this in the history of India. In December 2023, this government changed the law. They changed the law to make sure that no Election Commissioner could be punished for any action they take while they are Election Commissioners. Why would the Prime Minister and Home Minister give this gift of immunity to the Election Commissioner? Why would they need to give this tremendous gift that no prime minister has ever given before to the election commissioner? ❓ Why was the law with regard to CCTVs and the data that they contain changed? Why was a law put in place that allows the Election Commission to destroy CCTV footage 45 days after the election? What is the need? The answer given is that it is a question of data. Election integrity is a national security issue. I defended South Carolina's Voter ID law 13 years ago, and in 2024 I joined a coalition of 22 state attorneys general urging Congress to pass the SAVE Act. Every American should want secure elections. Protecting the integrity of our federal elections is not partisan. It is a national priority. I applaud President Donald J. Trump Trump for doing everything he can to get the SAVE Act across the finish line. He promised to secure our elections, and he's using every tool available to keep that promise.
