Ppl saying Skypia was skipped. I don’t think this is about arcs in particular but about the turning point moments of main characters. It just happens to be a thing in most pretimeskip arcs so I get the confusion. Skypiea is one of the arcs that strengthen the bond of the crew (especially with Robin who was an enemy/stranger) rather than make a new one. So there’s no reason for it to be featured in this complication just like LougeTown and LongRingLand.
