Too many wrong things here, recipe for disaster 1. That girl wasn't supposed to be near work both employer & employee were wrong 2. Owner of the house was negligent not to lock up the gun 3. No child is supposed to looked after child 4. Sad thing she lied about what happened

Because it's a woman, everything possible will be done to evade accountability. It was a mistake, the owner of the gun may be charged for being reckless, and she wouldn't do anything like this, blah blah blah. She murdered her own kid and must face prosecution 💯

To my knowledge, if your gun is not on you, it needs to be in a locked safe preferably a wall mounted safe. Kodwake I could be wrong
