Most accidents in parking lots are from people backing out of spaces. It is safer to pull out with being able to see in front of your car.

The only time i don't back in is if I need access to the trunk, like grocery shopping. Backing in is easier then ever with cameras and those little lines and warnings. Makes leaving the parking spot a ton easier.

Those who don't back in can't drive forward anyway. Their opinion is invalid.

Honestly tho not backing in is retarded. If you have to get away fast from a crazy hobo or some shit youre stuck slowly backing out. And its absurd when theres an open spot you could pull through to, and just stop in the first spot. Pull through to the next spot.
