Can we auto connect, even after restart macbook. Currently i need to reconnect adb everytime. Meanwhile for iOS device, it is not required

The CLI surface matters because the agent can keep build, logs, and screenshots in one loop. The next production primitive is a scoped device lease, so two test runs cannot drive the same phone at once.

Seems strongly coupled to google cloud, in general atleast some parts of android cli seem to be.
