It’s more sinister than that with the cell towers and Doppler stations but yes the spraying now contains graphene. Car washes also have a graphene option. It’s a surveillance grid being captured and mapped digitally. Data centers will handle all the information.

No, dummy. Those are weight and balance testing tanks. They pump water around to change the CG to make sure the plane flies safely.
