I get out right before sunrise, and stare in the direction of the sun in the morning as I walk my dog. It’s the best ritual to have before the sun turns white.

Every morning the F.A.A. allows me to soak up the sun. I’m there.

Thank you, Doug! You are so right. Sitting on the porch this morning soaking in the sun. There is a reason kids are required to get up before the sun, are stuck in windowless buildings all day, go home and do their “homework” on ipads. Same for office workers!

I spent the other day outside working in my garden in Michigan. We were under a “toxic air alert” from the Canadian “wildfire”. My breathing and head were so bad after. We aren’t safe in or outside anymore with EVERYTHING they are spraying and sabotaging us with. 🙏🏼

My wife and I stopped wearing sunglasses years ago.But due to the snow or extreme sun we opt to wear them but 99% of the time, no glasses. Our health is great. No drugs etc. Eat right when young and it will keep you healthy in your older years.

My Great Grandmother lived to 105, and my Grandmother is 93 and still taking care of herself. She can drive, go to the store, plant her roses and goes on vacations. My Grandma says the key to a ling life is to take care of your gums and teeth. Don't ask me she said it 😂
