Your mates don’t call you out for being a prick because you don’t have any mates.

I’d rather have Romesh as a friend than you to be fair.

Obviously he’s not funny here. Of course the issue goes deeper and it’s idealistic to believe that it would be enough to shout ‘maaate’ for the problem to disappear. But he’s right in one point: people should show more solidarity and intervene when something bad happens.
