Toni has the tone, the control, the feeling..Tamar sings beautifully but she’s pitchy at times. People literally think Tamar sings better because she has a higher range than Toni, but that’s literally all she can do that Toni can’t.

Prime Toni eats prime Tamar for breakfast? Lunch and dinner vocally. No shade Tamar is good when she’s good but she’s also terrible when she’s bad. Toni is more consistent, has more control, & is less pitchy. Never heard her source mess. There’s really no comp.

Tamar was at her peak vocally after she had Logan… she lost it after her divorce! Toni however has preserved that throat for over 30 years and properly takes care of herself and her voice and it shows! Tamar sounds pitchy and windy now… she ALWAYS sounds good sitting down!

Toni has better vocal control, in my opinion. Tamar gets pitchy.. A LOT. I have a theory that people really just prefer sopranos. The higher you sing, the crazier people go. Lower, raspier, contralto tones don't get as much adulation.

Tamar has a wider range speaking to what notes she can hit. Toni makes better choices when she sings as far as what notes she chooses, her delivery, and phrasing. Two different things.
