You can either fix cows to stop them doing that or you can make beef without the cow.” ~ Bill Gates He disingenuously ignores that after 10 years, cow methane is broken down into CO2, and enters a carbon cycle that is captured and absorbed by plants via photosynthesis, converted into cellulose and eaten by livestock and the cycle starts again. The very essence of environmental sustainability.
