@UNHABITAT Not so well functioning. You have to be considerate with the rides, transmilenio is not. If your city has more than 9 million people you can’t have brt as the principal transportation mode. Bogotá is inundated with cars but especially motorcycles .

@UNHABITAT Notice how frequent the buses are in Bogota vs Jakarta. Makes a big difference as to how well-functioning and efficient the system is. In this video, there is 10-15x the capacity per direction in Bogota (5 double-articulated buses) compared to Jakarta (1 regular bus).

@UNHABITAT I’ll stick to my car thanks. No city has to have one or the other when it comes to use of cars or having good public transport. Any city can have both.
