But when you just take the opportunity that you have and do the best with that, you can have days like today where a lot of guys came in and were able to contribute. You can have peace about knowing that you did your job well, just as you did the day before, the day after. It might just look a different way every time. I feel like that's what I've been taught through my life. That's the only thing attitude that you can have that you can actually do something with – versus trying to control things that are outside of what you can control.”

My problem with pharma isn't just what they sell. It's what they believe about you before you ever walk in the door. The industry operates on the idea that we're flawed as individuals, broken by default, in need of something outside ourselves just to function. I see the same mindset running through a lot of the political system I grew up in. The message becomes that we're a burden on the planet, a disease on it, something to be managed and corrected rather than trusted. That is not the mandate we were given. The first story ever told on this earth is that we were created in the image and likeness of God, designed as a mirror of perfection. So when someone approaches my health by starting with the idea that I have a lack something outside must fix, I have a problem with that framework before we even get to the specifics. There are real times when the body is out of balance and something outside can help. But most of what gets sold to us as longevity is really just correcting for the toxins in our environment and the way we've learned to eat. Abraham lived for centuries in the Bible. He wasn't biohacking. If we understand longevity as getting back to what was already given to us rather than adding something new, the whole approach changes. My body wants to heal. It's designed to heal. My job is to stop interfering with it.

I think the real battle isn’t financial anymore. It’s psychological. Too many people make crypto their entire identity. Their entire mood becomes tied to a chart. Their entire future becomes tied to a price target. When the market goes against them for long enough, it consumes them. That’s why it’s important to have other pillars in your life. Faith. Family. Fitness. Friends. Purpose. Something that exists outside of a portfolio. Because if your happiness depends on the market going up, eventually the market will break you. Nothing lasts forever. Not bull markets. Not bear markets. Not fear. Maintain perspective and keep building. The people who survive long enough to see the next cycle are usually the ones who don’t let the current one destroy them.
