All super cooled devices require He. That includes MRI scanners, some specialized detectors used in research and telescopes. Helium is a real fab supply story. Silver, though, is a stretch. Interconnects run on copper, with ruthenium and cobalt creeping in at advanced nodes. Silver's actual chip role is packaging and solder at best, not the transistor wiring.
