All super cooled devices require He. That includes MRI scanners, some specialized detectors used in research and telescopes. Liquid nitrogen is used as a first stage then He is added for many super cooled systems. If you didn't know, the cold lowers the noise floor for sensors and obviously provides the super conducting state for MRI magnets as well as magnets for spectroscopy.

Helium is a real fab supply story. Silver, though, is a stretch. Interconnects run on copper, with ruthenium and cobalt creeping in at advanced nodes. Silver's actual chip role is packaging and solder at best, not the transistor wiring.
