Possessing the guy who was just beating you up is the best revenge a brawler ever offered.

How come we never heard of this? Frankly... I'm offended 😤

Shadow Force for the arcade (Technōs/1993). Beat 'em up with complex combat mechanics (6 buttons, with tons of moves, and can even block enemy attacks). You can also 'possess' certain enemy characters and use their own move set, which is quite unique in this genre. A hidden gem that was never ported to home systems.

Avenging Spirit is a platformer where you can possess your enemies. The Game Boy release is a good port of the original arcade game.

Metamorphic Force (Arcade, Konami, 1993) One of Konami's last beat 'em ups in arcades, along with Violent Storm.

In 1993 Konami dropped Violent Storm, beat 'em up chaos with co-op street brawls and non-stop action. Smash through enemy waves in pure arcade mayhem that kept the coins flowing. A 90s brawler that still hits hard.

Konami’s Metamorphic Force is a badass brawler where you transform into powerful anthropomorphic beasts. With massive sprites and a rocking soundtrack. it’s an arcade masterpiece of the 90s. Kinda feels like Altered Beasts younger cousin 😂🐯🔥

Shadow claw is probably THE BEST ability that you can slot in your weapon in Crimson Desert. It stuns enemies and in most cases it stun locks them. You can find it by defeating the Black Fang. I'll add the details in the comments.

"Sword of Etheria" remains obscure because it only released in Japan and Europe but it is a very cool & fun PS2 action game! You juggle enemies in the air like a volleyball to your party members in order to deal massive damage. Music done by Castlevania composer Michiru Yamane!

CADILLACS AND DINOSAURS: In 1993 Jack Tenrec, Hannah Dundee, Mustapha Cairo & Mess O'Bradovich set out to stop the Black Marketeers. A superb Capcom arcade beat 'em up this sadly never got any ports, did you ever reach Fessenden's lab? #retrogaming #arcade #Capcom #90s #gaming

I can't blame you or anyone, since this is pretty much obscure knowledge but... You can actually drift with Seikret! 🤭
