As an RN in the ED at the beginning of Covid of March 2020 . We literally had to use the Covid test sparingly because we never had enough . So many ppl didn’t get tested because of it . Remember stupid Trump saying , we’d have fewer cases if we didn’t test so much. Trump is evil

I remember this like yesterday. Running the clinic, patients sharing brothers, mothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, fathers, etc… has passed away or has lung complications years later. We knew we needed mass testing to not mass quarantine. Wen i mention this to people, they have no idea how we already had a strategy in place, but the administration are the time created division instead of education.

Yep, my now daughter-in-law got what she thought was COVID in March 2020. (antibody test much later confirmed it.) She was told, we don't have tests. She was lucky, had job she could do at home. and recovered except losing sense of taste & smell for months.
